The Botteghe Chiare 27 project entailed the conversion of a seventeenth-century Ligurian mill into a residential complex of four apartments ranging in size from 55 to 85 sqm, all surrounded by a vast park on terraces, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The original Ligurian mill has undergone a complete transformation through extensions and new building construction this has allowed the creation of four different apartments, each with its own outdoor space, whether a private garden or a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, as a result, there was a fusion of past and future tradition and modernity.
Per i rivestimenti è stata utilizzata esclusivamente la pietra locale del borgo affinché il progetto si potesse integrare al meglio con il contesto di appartanenza - un borgo storico del XVI secolo emblema della tradizione tipica Italiana. Un borgo accogliente, elegante e dalla storia unica.
Only local stone from the village was utilized for the covers, allowing the project to blend in with its surroundings - a historic village from the sixteenth century emblematic of typical Italian heritage.
