The Monte Rosa 6 project began as an interior design project and has since evolved into a complete property renovation. It is a 220 sqm independent villa on two storeys with a spacious private yard. The construction site will open in 2023, and we'll all witness the project's completion.

THE PLANIMETRIC STUDY WAS ESSENTIAL IN THIS CASE BECAUSE IT ALLOWED US TO TRANSFORM CUSTOMERS' NEEDS INTO LIVING SPACES: A LARGE LIVING AREA WITH A VIEW OF THE GARDEN, THREE BEDROOMS, AND AT LEAST A WASHROOM.
Subsequently, the exterior was designed with the objective of maintaining the villa's original essence while embracing modernity, utilizing valuable materials such as bronze marble by Amani, corten metal, and bronze metal frames.
